You think that writing that some action is clearly illegal will change something. It won’t, the fascists already know that it’s illegal, and they even want to flaunt it. They want everyone to see that they’re breaking the rules and no one is stopping them.
The only thing that works is resistance. Not whining to the press, not waiting for some courts somewhere to “do something”, but resisting, right now. Turn off the e-mail server if you can. Manually write retractions to everyone. Fire every subordinate who refuses to fix the server. Or stop working until this is fixed. Stop serving the fascist state.

Man, I figured there’d be a civil war in the US within 5 years but I was wrong.
Based on the utter lack of opposition and the pace they’re moving , it’ll be less than 3 and it’ll look more like and insurgency than a real war.
On the upside, people won’t have to worry about guns anymore. After Trump is done with elections, he won’t need to keep the MAGA base pacified, so why would he allow them to be armed?

I think we all need to be ready for the inevitable. IF trump leaves office, he is going to pardon anyone and everyone and nobody will be held accountable for any of what they’ve done/will do. So I guess what does it even matter what laws they violate?
